Booking and cancellation Policy
All bookings has to be submitted via Miyabi Workshop Website. We will send you an email for payment with our bank information details based on your registration request. All payment has to be made within the next 3 days after the registration.
所有課程將會透過Miyabi Workshop網頁報名，根據報名者提供的聯絡資料發出電郵並通知如何付款，請於報名後3日內完成付款。
You will receive the confirmation email once payment is made. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If you are not able to attend, please inform us by email or phone call at least 3 days prior of class start. We will reschedule to another class or you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please note that it is only allowed to switch ONCE, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you are not allowed to reschedule/refund. And, there's a full charge for all cancellation with less than 3 days notice.
當確認款項，報名者將會收到報名確認通知電郵，一經確認將不能取消及退款，如果參加者不能出席，請於開課前3天以電郵或電話通知本工作坊職員以安排更改上課時間或歡迎朋友代為上課，餘期將不能更改。請注意上課日期只可更改一次，如果參加者不能出席已更改之課程，將不能再更改上課日期/退款。少於3日前通知，亦會全數沒收。
Private class must be signed up minimum 1 month in advance to confirm schedule by sending us email. It is allowed to reschedule prior to the due date of payment. The payment must be made in full at least 1 month prior of class start. You will receive the confirmation email once payment is made. All confirmed bookings are not allowed to reschedule/refund. If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
私人課程需要至少1個月前以電郵報名及確認日期，報名者可於付款前更改日期，課程款項必須於開課前1個月全數付款，當確認款項，將會收到確認通知電郵，一經確認將不能取消及退款，如報名者不能出席，歡迎朋友代為上課。
The minimum enrollment requirement for the class is 3 students. If class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, the class will be cancelled. We will contact you by email or phone call at least 48 hours in advance to arrange reschedule or proceed a full refund.
課程開班人數是3人，如所報讀之課程未達開班人數，該課程將會取消，我們將於課程前48小時以電郵或致電通知更改課程日期或全數退回。
Other Policy
Students must attend the class on time. Recommends students to arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Anyone who arrive later than 20 minutes may not able to do all processes. Non-registered people may not allowed to stay in the workshop during class.
學生必須準時出席，建議學生於上課前5至10分鐘到達，任何人遲到多於20分鐘有可能不能進行部分程序。當課程進行時，非學員將不能留待教室。
No video recording is allowed during the class, Miyabi Workshop reserves the right to request the student to delete the video or stop the class.
上課時不準錄影，Miyabi Workshop有權要求學生刪除該片段或停止課程。
Miyabi Workshop may take photos during the class for record or marketing purposes.
Miyabi Workshop可能會在課程進行時拍照以作紀錄或宣傳用途。
Students should take care of their belongings. Miyabi Workshop will not be responsible for any loss, damage or accident caused.
學生應照顧個人財物，在上課期間如發生任何損失、損壞或損傷，Miyabi Workshop將不會承擔任何責任。
